
Maintenance Technician- Facilities (Sign-On Bonus)

- Rotating shift between 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift over a 5-week rotation
- Monday- Friday Hours: 1st shift: 6:30am- 3pm; 2nd Shift: 2:30- 11pm; 3rd Shift: 10:30pm- 7am
- 5th week= 7 days off
- Three (3) weekends off over five (5) week rotation
- Weekend hours: 6:30pm- 7am
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18+ months in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance related role
- Fundamental understanding of building commercial utilities operations (Ex: steam, air, boiler, electrical and/or refrigeration).
- Understands Electrical concepts
- Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs)
- Frequent pushing/pulling (50-200 lbs)
- Ability to work at heights off a ladder, scissor lift, boom lift or scaffolding, climb stairs
- Ability to stand and / or work on feet for extended periods
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Technical Degree/Trade Certification
- 3+ years of experience required in a boiler operations role
- 3+ years’ experience in an industrial maintenance role
- This role focuses on steam, compressed air, and refrigeration utilities (SAR).
- Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance throughout the site and Utilities Dept.
- Inspect equipment and determine technical solutions to problems and implement
- Monitor operating conditions, meters, and gauges
- Record meter and gauge readings and operational data
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment.
- Record maintenance activities in SAP
- Any ad hoc tasks
- Starting pay based on experience $35.82/HR+
- Shift Differential: $1.50/HR (every shift)
- Sign On Bonus: $5K
