Speech-Language Pathologist – Pediatric Home Health (Houston, TX)Part-Time or Full-Time | Home Health | Clinical & Supervisory RoleAre you a skilled and compassionate SLP looking for flexibility, purpose, and professional growth? Join Amazing Care Home Health Services, where your expertise changes lives—and your support helps others grow.We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the Houston area to conduct evaluations/re-evaluations for pediatric patients and supervise a dedicated SLPA. This role offers a rewarding mix of clinical care and mentorship, all within the comfort of in-home settings.What You’ll Do:
  • Provide evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric home health patients
  • Create and support your own caseload
  • Develop and update individualized plans of care in collaboration with families
  • Supervise and mentor an SLPA, including observations and documentation as required by Texas licensure rules
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EMR system
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for each child
Schedule & Visit Expectations:
  • Part-Time: 10- 23 visits per week
  • Full-Time: 24+ visits per week
  • Flexible scheduling within Houston and surrounding areas (within 20 miles), including ZIP codes such as 77002, 77008, 77024, 77057, 77401, 77459, 77429, and more

What You’ll Need:
  • Active Texas SLP license
  • Experience with pediatric populations (home health preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills
  • Reliable transportation to serve patients across the Houston area
