- Develop software using J2EE design patterns with emphasis on reusability.
- Understand and analyze details provided in the use case, or task narratives.
- Estimate effort for technical analysis, design, and development.
- Adhere to coding standards and design specifications.
- Technical testing and trouble shooting
- Analyze and resolve technical issues independently.
- Integrate vendor products in the NS infrastructure.
- Understanding of Dev/Ops concepts with the ability to provide requirements to infrastructure team as well as provide troubleshooting assistance.
- Working experience with agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Minimum Level: 3-5 years
- Preferred Level: 6-10
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years experience in Java/J2EE full stack development.
- Web services experience in architecture, design (REST/SOAP), including security-based implementations.
- Experience with Unix and Linux.
- 6-10 years experience in Java/J2EE full stack development.
- Experience in OpenShift CI/CD.
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, JUnit, SonarCube, Maven, Gradle, Ant, GitOPs
- Experience in Kubernetes, Splunk, Quarkus and TOSCA Testing Suite.
- Relational database experience, DB2, Oracle, MS SQL Server.
- Experience with Mainframe Programming
- Experience with Layer7 or similar Security Frameworks
- Enterprise Service Bus experience
- Experience in Spring Boot
- Experience in the following: XML, Web Services, IBM WebSphere MQ
- Eclipse/IntelliJ
- Ability to handle numerous conflicting priorities in a professional manner.
- Problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills on highly complex problems; technical agility
- Strong written and verbal skills
