- Responsibilities for the analysis, evaluation, solution development, build, and testing of complex applications
- Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures
- Function as technical experts throughout the full project lifecycle and develop, maintain project plans, evaluate estimates against actual occurrences, and own the delivery
- Analysis of business systems to determine effectiveness by identifying inadequacies, inefficiencies, and problems and recommending solutions
- Responsible for managing the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles and quality processes
- Ensure that quality methods and procedures are executed, and products, applications, and systems are in compliance
- Manage and facilitate internal and external customer interactions throughout the Project Development Life Cycle
- Share your expertise and help train other employees as assigned
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
- Excellent planning, scoping, scheduling, and delivery skills
- Manufacturing management experience and/or Project management experience
- Ability to execute capital projects by managing groups of employees, equipment manufacturers, and other suppliers both remotely and onsite
- Experience in onsite/offshore coordination is required
- Proven ability to develop relationships by networking within and outside the company to provide rapid responses to manufacturing needs
- Experience in finding solutions to business needs through research and teamwork with fellow team members and suppliers
- Budget responsibilities for projects
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in onsite/offshore coordination is required
