Spend your time doing what you do best … using your professional craftsmanship skills to help seniors age in the homes they love.We are looking for individuals with strong mechanical / carpentry skills that possess a strong attention to detail. You will be primarily providing installation of stairlifts both inside and outside of the home.Requirements:
  • Prefer 1 year of carpentry / construction skills including light electrical skills (the ability to add or move outlets).
  • A box truck, cargo van, full size pickup or full size SUV.
  • Current or ability to obtain general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance or exemption depending on the state (we can assist).
  • Must be willing to travel. Most travel is within 100 miles of the office but further travel could be available for those willing to do so.
  • Must have all necessary tools for the job including:
  • Box wrenches, Allen wrenches, 12” Miter Saw, Nut Driver Set and Drill Driver Extension
What’s in it for me:
  • This is a 1099 contractors position
  • Stairlift installation compensation averages around $250-$350 and requires between 2-4 hours to install. Can be slightly more or less depending on the job. Occasionally we will install curved stairlifts with an average compensation around $600 requiring about 4-6 hours to install.
