- Lead and develop a high-performing team of nursing professionals in Labor & Delivery, ensuring clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
- Drive quality improvements through evidence-based practices and innovative care delivery models
- Manage departmental operations, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accreditation requirements
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and communication across departments
- Oversee patient flow optimization and care coordination
- Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current RN license in state of practice
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience in healthcare
- Strong understanding of women's health and maternal care services
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
- ACLS Certification
- NRP and FHM Certifications
- RNC-OB Certification
- 3+ years of L&D nursing experience
