Full job descriptionHome Instead is looking for a caring and compassionate Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.Our team serves adults and seniors in Durango, Bayfied, Cortez, Ignacio and Mancos areas. We are looking to grow our team by adding a recruitment, engagement, and training coordinator. Our ideal candidate will have experience in home care, prior training/educating experience and will be well versed in the Home Care Care Statutes.ObjectiveThe Recruitment, Engagement, and Training Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring Attentive Care Services recruits, develops, and retains high-quality Care Professionals (Care Pros) who deliver exceptional, compassionate care. This role manages the full Care Pro lifecycle—from recruitment to retention—while supporting operational excellence through training, engagement, and quality assurance.Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A current Colorado CNA or LPN license in good standing
  • Minimum 1 year of business, recruitment, or related experience.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
  • Home care and or geriatric care experience preferred but not required
  • Specialty: Adult Geriatrics, Home Health, Home Care
Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to deadlines and details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and office systems.
  • Knowledge of senior care and Caregiver development preferred.
