Job Description:This role will coordinate the facility based Quality and Process Improvement program, engaging departmental leaders and care team members in the improvement of outcomes and performance.Required Knowledge & SkillsEducation: Bachelor's DegreeExperience: Three years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.Qualifications*Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field required.*3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or project management in a related field.*Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance frameworks preferred*Certification Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) -- preferred*Relevant certifications or experience) in quality Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred*Ability to analyze complex data and trends with proficiency with data analysis software and tools*Working knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma)*Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills*Excellent communication, Leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills*Ability to foster collaborative approach to process improvement.
