By establishing and managing SFTP connections, collaborating with clients to design and finalize data layouts, architect transmission schedules, and rigorously validating each initial file delivery for accuracy and timelinessServe as the Dedicated Customer Data liaison, proactively communicating progress, swiftly reporting issues, and ensuring stakeholders feel informed and confidentYou’ll champion the investigation and escalations the moment a data discrepancy is detected, via automated alerts, audits, or user reports to ensure nothing slips through the cracksUse Jira, Confluence, or Pipedrive to log every open and resolved data issue, complete with status updates, assigned ownership, and resolution timelines.
