Candidates must have a valid driver's license. A min. 3 years' experience in the apartment maintenance or similar trade, plus experience in apartment turnovers required.Maintenance Technician skills required: carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall.High School Diploma or greater required.Job Type: Full-time
