Watts is a leading brand with a quality reputation — and we have a dynamic future ahead.​ As a Machine Shop operator, you must be mechanically inclined, demonstrate the ability to assembly components of various products in the machine shop. Individual will operate a wide range of manual, semi-automated and automated machines.
  • Set up and operate machines such as drill presses, tappers, milling machines and polishing equipment according to specifications and job requirements.
  • Setup and adjust machines to ensure proper functionality and performance.
  • Finishing operations such as drilling, tapping, and milling
  • Inspection of finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Forklift operation as needed to move parts.
  • Maintain clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure that safe work practices are adhered too.
