- Maintain IT services up and running and provide technical support to end users based on defined Information Technology standards, provide support to all areas to improve business processes whenever possible.
- Provide technical and maintenance support for hardware (connected to the network) and software used in all areas.
- End user support for all technical aspects of Information Technology Infrastructure (IT IN) - PCs, Printers, Network, Voice, etc.
- Responsible of the implementation of standard IT configuration, processes, and tools.
- Input and update systems or documents to maintain data and accuracy for I.T. objectives, such as service calls, asset management, warranty claims.
- Assist new members of the team providing training regarding activities and services in accordance with the established standard procedures
- Responsible to comply with Information Technology Information Security (IT IS) guidelines.
- Problem analysis and solution.
- Communicate and follow up on the usage of standard IT processes and tools with customers/ end users.
- Monitor and evaluate efficiency of software/hardware usage, providing items to be covered in training of users, making them more efficient.
- Add and maintain users on the network, assigning application access, ensuring security, and maintaining their configurations are within standards
- Assist in other areas of a project, as needed, including requirements gathering, design, testing, system and documentation
- Assist in the management of the infrastructure, including, network, servers, storage, backup, and other infrastructure related activities.
- Assist the enterprise network environment with a focus on availability, reliability, and performance.
- 3 or more years experience
- Advanced knowledge on O365 applications (Outlook, Teams)
- Advanced knowledge on user account management in Active Directory.
- Advanced knowledge on Identity and Access Management.
- Basic knowledge of connectivity services like (BPA, VPN)
- Basic knowledge of network services (DNS/ DHCP)
- Basic knowledge on OS such as Windows Server 2012/2016.
- Basic knowledge on incident management
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems Engineering or similar
- Working knowledge of Unix & Linux operating Systems and Scripting is a plus.
- Working knowledge of virtualization (VMware & Vcenter) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of management software, active directory infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of network concepts.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong, clear, written, and verbal communication skills
