Ability to perform skilled work and maintenance on Water Production equipment.
Ability to read papers, periodicals, journals, manuals, dictionaries, thesauruses, and encyclopedias.
Ability to deal with a system of real numbers; and practical application of fractions, percentages, ratios/proportions and measurement.
Will assist in the installation, maintenance, inspections, and repair of equipment, machinery and systems related to Water Production.
Ability to respond and troubleshoot customer concerns about water pressure as well as water quality concerns including taste, odor and color complaints.
Ability to work with other departments regarding water quality and environmental compliance.
Investigate and resolve technical problems and customer complaints and inform management of operational issues, needs or concerns.

Licenses and Certifications:
Valid Arizona Class “A” Commercial Driver’s License with HazMAT and Tanker endorsement within 6 months of hire.
Grade I Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Certification in Water Distribution, Wastewater Collection, or Water Treatment within one year of hire in area of assignment.
