
Construction Project Manager - Class A Office Interior

- Oversee all phases of Class A office interior construction projects from planning to closeout.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate closely with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review and manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
- Lead project meetings, track progress, and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.
- Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders at all stages of the project.
- Mentor and guide project engineers and assistant project managers as needed.
- Proven experience managing Class A office interior construction projects or similar commercial interiors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-relationship skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, detail-driven environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and proactive project management approach.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering exceptional results.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
