The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Class A office interior construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing all aspects of the interior build-out process, including coordination with clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams, while effectively overseeing resources, schedules, and project progress.
  • Oversee all phases of Class A office interior construction projects from planning to closeout.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate closely with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Review and manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Lead project meetings, track progress, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.
  • Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders at all stages of the project.
  • Mentor and guide project engineers and assistant project managers as needed.

  • Proven experience managing Class A office interior construction projects or similar commercial interiors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-relationship skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, detail-driven environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and proactive project management approach.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
