First Community Credit Union is looking to hire a full-time Branch President at our Valley City branch. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at the branch and manage a loan portfolio consisting of retail, agricultural and/or commercial loans. As a manager, you arrive each day full of energy and ready to provide encouragement and direction to your team and lead them to be successful!The Branch President manages the activities to meet the financial service needs and objectives of the membership and guide your team to providing quality service to members and implement strategies to achieve goals developed for the branch. You will be a key contributor to business growth and our position as a leader in the market. You will also provide ongoing coaching and ensure a positive and professional team environment.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Knowledge in agriculture and business lending
  • Leadership and managerial experience
  • Ambitious learner and team member
  • Goal-oriented and always learning and improving
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proficient math and computer skills
