ResponsibilitiesAs a Warehouse Coordinator, you are responsible for moving material within the distribution center and from the loading platform by carrying, pushing, rolling, or operating hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment. - Receive incoming inventory & Supply items, log into the company warehouse system, and stock inventory in the proper location
- Read work orders, shipping order, or follows verbal instructions
- Fill customer invoices. Check part numbers, clean and pack inventory items
- Inspect inventory for defects, scratches, or other damage. Notify Warehouse Manager of problems
- Follow all company safety and accident procedures while on company premises or operating company vehicles or equipment
- Track all inventory in the appropriate system
- Organize and clean warehouse space and company equipment as needed
- Report any customer problems or concerns immediately
- Coach fellow associates on warehouse operational practices and procedures, equipment operation, and safety procedures when needed
- Enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient, effective, and safe warehouse operations
- Evaluate current processes and procedures and recommends changes to warehouse management
- Contribute ideas on ways to reduce warehouse cost per unit and increase productivity
- Maintain working knowledge of warehouse data system and performs various tasks within the system
- When requested deliver supplies and equipment in a timely fashion while observing all Regulated DOT and OSHA standards
- Other duties as assigned

- Have a high school diploma or a GED equivalent
- Are frequently required to walk or stand long hours and must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift to 50 pounds
- Forklift operating experience (Forklift Certification a plus)
- Able to operate personal computers and software programs, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have at least 1 year of Warehouse Experience
