- Oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance across multiple business entities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Monitor cash flow and provide insights on company and property-level performance.
- Ensure strong internal controls and safeguard company assets.
- Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and capital projects through financial analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 5+ years of accounting experience within real estate or property management.
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and real estate finance principles.
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel; property management software experience a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
