Responsibilities:Responsibilities:Support operators through troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing equipmentLearn and understand SOPs for mechanic and operator level positionsBe familiar to operate all equipment to include normal running parameters, set points, etcTrain at each machine center and assist other team members as neededExecute work orders including special projects, rebuilds and installations when requestedWork with a sense of urgency to repair and startup the line as quickly as possibleDevelop a working knowledge of basic maintenance principles Intermediate electrical troubleshootingExecute PMs during planned stoppages to include focus on project work, standard procedure creation, and work order executionWork with vendors as needed for startup, improvement and modification of equipmentTrain operators on equipment standards and technical training modules as neededUnderstand losses of equipment and develop plans to reduce downtime based on highest loss machine per line Qualifications:RequirementsMinimum one year experience with maintenance systems and/or storeroom inventory systems preferredMust have excellent all around maintenance system skills and experience in areas such as industrial electricity, mechanical power transmission and fluid piping systemsAbility to pass Ramsey technical assessment in all maintenance knowledge areasMust have good computer skills including computerized maintenance management systemsMust have good troubleshooting and decision making skillsExperience in a high speed manufacturing environment preferredMust be comfortable working in a team oriented environment and have ability to successfully handle multiple prioritiesMust be highly motivated; actively demonstrate a sense of urgency toward the completion of activities, tasks and goalsStrong oral and written communication skills along with excellent follow up capabilitiesPlant support equipment experience a plus (air compressor, pumps, chillers, boilers)
