
AP/AR Integration Specialist

- Generate and send accurate invoices to customers
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities
- Apply customer payments and perform reconciliations
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues
- Maintain aging reports and support collections efforts
- Process 3-way matching vendor invoices/enter invoices into QuickBooks online and ensure timely payments
- Verify billing accuracy and obtain appropriate approvals
- Maintain AP records, aging schedules, and monthly accruals
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain Prepaid amortization and depreciation schedules
- Assist in month-end, quarterly and year-end closing activities
- Prepare 1099s, support tax and audit as needed
- 3+ years of experience in AR/AP with exposure to systems integration preferred
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks online, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., RAMP) is a plus
- Strong Excel skills (xLookup, Pivot table); Experience with data manipulation and reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
