Job Description:JOB SUMMARYCreamland has immediate job openings for dependable CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently and manually unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations. Relief drivers cover any routes necessary due to the regularly assigned driver not being available, such as paid time off. Overnight routes include an overnight premium, meal allowance and company-paid lodging

SCHEDULE: Varies based on route: starts Sundays at 10 pm. Monday to Friday start times between 2 am and 5am until route completion.BENEFITS:

Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent· 2 or more years of experience driving a tractor trailer, straight truck, or doubles trailer, within the last 5 years preferred· Must meet minimum age requirements· Must meet DFA requirements for Motor Vehicle Records· Must meet all DOT requirements· Certification and/or License – valid Class A CDL; some drivers may be required to have a doubles endorsement; license or operator’s permit for at least the three years immediately prior to applicationKnowledge of DOT procedures, rules, and requirements· Skill in proficient computer usage· Skill with math for calculating load size and recording accurate volume/weight measurements· Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing· Able to contribute to the positive performance behaviors through personal example· Able to be proactive in seeking solutions and taking appropriate steps to solve problems· Able to work in collaboration effectively and foster good teamwork· Able to be punctual, follow directions, and meet deadlines· Able to present options and ideas to current processes or procedures· Able to interpret and apply company policies· Able to adapt and manage to change effectively· Able to perform task and duties with minimal supervision· Able to take initiative in performing job· Good organization and record keeping skills· Must be able to read, write and speak EnglishOUR CLASS A CDL DRIVER FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:$24.02 per hourSCHEDULE:Mon-Fri 1:30AM-UNTIL ROUTE IS COMPLETEDAn Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
