The position will require travel between 20% and 40%.The Role:As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in the full life cycle of implementations for our Heavy Equipment DealerERP solutions. You’ll lead requirements sessions, analyze business needs, and translate them into detailed specifications. You'll also conduct end-user workshops, configure solutions to meet customer requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery. You’ll be responsible for maintaining project documentation, managing functional testing, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for Heavy Equipment manufacturers and diealerships.We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience in software or ERP implementations * Strong understanding of business processes and best practices within the Heavy Equipment Manufacturing and Dealership industry5+ years’ experience developing functional design documentation and system documentation3+ years’ experience conducting workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testingWillingness to travel as needed (up to 40%)To Be Ahead of the Pack, You Might Have:Project management experienceExperience working with and/or implementing Microsoft Dynamics Business CentralAptean pledges to promote a company culture where diversity, equity and inclusion are central.
