Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a nationwide business purpose lending residential mortgage originator. DFS originates two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $60MM per month. - Act as loan committee to provide approvals / modifications on new originations, extensions and workouts for loans held on balance sheet
- Business development for DFS’s Lender Finance business
- Design & maintain DFS’s risk management and compliance policies & procedures
- Manage classified assets throughout the loss mitigation process
- Monitor covenants in capital market loan documents & MLPAs to maintain compliance
- Strong familiarity with the business purpose lending space
- Direct construction management & real estate valuation experience
- 10yrs+ of residential real estate investment experience
- 10yrs+ of experience managing teams
- 5yrs+ of legal experience on an institutional capital markets context
- 1-4 unit residential development experience a plus
- Experience working with Salesforce a plus
