
Structural Professional Engineer

- Prepare reports, plans, construction schedules and studies for review.
- Interface with Clients when appropriate alongside Project Managers.
- Visit construction sites to observe progress and determine general conformance to engineering plans and specifications.
- Direct technicians and EIT’s for production of engineering documents for routine projects accurately and efficiently.
- Research design criteria, regulations, and standards as they relate to projects and incorporate them into design documents.
- Mentor others in the proficient use of design software.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering required.
- Passed the Professional Engineer exam and can provide a PE #
- The ability to use Revit/BIM is preferred.
- The ability to use SKM or similar power system design software is preferred.
- Previous structural building design experience in a consultant capacity is required.
