  • High school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of related experience/training
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired but not required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned
  • Keeps area neat and clean
  • Reads and uses a tape measure
  • Reads blueprints and orders
  • Communicates well with coworkers
  • Uses hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Work ScheduleThe typical schedule for this position is 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Additional hours may be mandatory to meet production demands during peak seasons.Schedule may vary depending on production needs and overtime, though kept to a minimum, occasional scheduling changes may be required.Education and/or ExperienceOne-year certificate from college or technical school; or 6-12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Competencies
