- Communicate with and coach patients throughout their orthodontic treatment
- Communicate with patients via phone, text, email, messaging, and video conferencing
- Manage telehealth dashboards, notifications, protocols, and systems
- Create systems, scripting, and protocols for other team members
- Coordinate and schedule in-person and tele-health appointments
- Digital charting and scheduling
- Taking digital radiographs and photographs
- Taking 3D iTero intra-oral scans
- Adjusting Invisalign appliances
- Assisting in the placement and removal of appliances
- Sterilizing instruments and operatories
- High school degree or higher
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Previous orthodontic experience is preferred but not required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm and high energy
- Enjoy working with patients of all ages – from children to seniors
- Ability to deliver exceptional and consistent customer service
- Ability to use software applications, enter data, and process information
- Understanding digital applications, such as chat, text, email, and the web
- Expert at spotting, deciphering, and fixing issues with technological and clinical requirements
- Ability to motivate and encourage
- Ability to work unsupervised and independently
- Ability to establish priorities for patient care
- 4 Days per week
- 2 Saturdays per month
- Will be based at both Ala Moana and Pearlridge locations
