You will also partner with the Business Development Director in recruiting, retaining, and leading the Strategy & Business Development team.**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Enterprise Campaign Strategy to persuade customers to partner with Lockheed Martin, delivering robust software and operations solutions that support critical national security missions.
- Lead external campaigns to transition customers from traditional acquisition paradigms to modern architectures, and internal campaigns to raise awareness of NG2 equities across the corporation.
- Translate customer needs into high-level technology objectives, crafting impactful messages and communications mediums, such as white papers, demonstrations, proposals, and news forums.
- Simplify complex technical concepts to enable clear identification of customer value and insights, driving growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans, providing internal and external customer-centric communications that positively impact business outcomes.
- Support the NG2 Strategy & Business Development team with day-to-day tasking, overcoming challenges, and stakeholder engagement.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on the aerospace or defense industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building customer relationships.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required to start
