- Lead the creative vision and direction for Bedrosians' brand across all channels: in-store, web, print, social, packaging, advertising, events, and more.
- Oversee production of all creative assets including campaign concepts, brand storytelling, video, photography, motion graphics, 3D renders, signage, digital ads, email assets, and website content.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Product Development, and Sales teams to support product launches and integrated campaigns.
- Establish and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, look and feel, and messaging across all platforms.
- Direct and guide internal creative team and freelance/agency partners from concept through execution, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative creative culture.
- Manage creative operations and workflows-ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget.
- Champion design thinking and user-centric storytelling with an understanding of how customers interact with our brand at every touchpoint-from inspiration to transaction.
- Collaborate with retail and showroom leadership to bring brand stories to life in physical environments through signage, visual merchandising, displays, and environmental graphics.
- Keep pulse on design trends, industry innovation, and competitive landscape to ensure Bedrosians remains ahead of the curve.
- 8-10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally in home design, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating multi-channel creative direction, concept development, and team leadership.
- Proven experience directing large-scale product launches, brand campaigns, and omnichannel creative production.
- Deep understanding of photography, video production, 3D rendering, print design, and digital content.
- Strong project management skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance brand building and business objectives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
- Experience working in retail or B2B environments is a plus.
