- Manage and oversee the quality control of all digital signage content, including ribbons, scoreboards, and other visual installations.
- Operate and maintain graphics systems to display content accurately and effectively, following direction from the Show Producer or Technical Director.
- Collaborate effectively with the Technical Director, Video Engineer, and Show Director to coordinate the timely display of graphics during events.
- Prepare and organize media content for digital displays in advance of live events.
- Conduct tests and rehearsals on control room systems prior to major events to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure accurate tracking and fulfillment of sponsored content and advertising assets.
- Archive footage from live events and respond to footage requests as needed.
- Diligently monitor and troubleshoot graphics systems to address any issues during live productions.
- Remain informed on current industry trends, emerging technologies, and software advancements related to graphics operation.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a graphics operator, preferably in a live event setting.
- Experience with Ross Xpression and Dashboard software is strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of video formats, resolutions, and live production workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail and capability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexible availability for events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including working in high noise environments and managing a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Shift: average 5 hours per event
- Times/Days: varies; mainly evenings/nights and weekends; few day shifts available depending on event schedule.
- Minimum: must be available to work at least 1 shift every month
