Duties also include: Review of pending reports, manifests, etc. for outstanding lab results; assisting other lab personnel with specimen storage and retrieval, ensuring Turn Around Times (TATs) are met; and maintaining inventory for phlebotomy services, reference lab supplies, and departmental office supplies.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Attention to detail and accuracy including closely monitoring all aspects of the job and continually checking processes and tasks is required.Must possess accurate keyboarding skills and the ability to do data entry in a fast-paced environment.Basic math, interpretive and analytical skills are required.
