- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress
- Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contract compliance
- Proven experience in managing commercial, healthcare or public construction projects, leading them from start to finish.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct on-site teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clients and subcontractors
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards, processes, and best practices
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and budgets effectively
- Problem-solving abilities to resolve challenges efficiently and keep projects on track
- A solid track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring contract compliance
- A competitive salary range of around $110,000 to $145,000 yearly.
