- Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator and SME, ensuring optimal configuration and usage across the sales organization.
- Develop, implement, and manage sales workflows within HubSpot, aligned to the full customer lifecycle.
- Maintain data integrity through consistent oversight of CRM records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and usability for reporting and decision-making.
- Diagnose and resolve CRM-related challenges, working directly with sales and marketing teams to improve adoption and functionality.
- Design custom dashboards, reports, and analytics to track KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Partner with TSMs, sales executives, and leadership to optimize lead management, qualification, and handoff processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation within the sales process to reduce manual effort and improve conversion rates.
- Ensure that all CRM-driven sales processes are documented, repeatable, and scalable for future growth.
- Act as a bridge between marketing and sales to ensure campaigns, lead scoring, and follow-up workflows are fully aligned.
- Source and qualify leads from multiple channels (HubSpot, industry databases, inbound marketing, referrals, trade shows, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms).
- Assess opportunities based on client needs, industry segment, and potential service alignment within the TICC space.
- Assign and track leads in HubSpot, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales funnel.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes that impact the TICC market.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership based on CRM analytics and market research.
- Deliver regular reports on campaign effectiveness, pipeline performance, and revenue impact.
- Liaise with technical, operational, and marketing teams to ensure accurate representation of services to prospects.
- Conduct HubSpot training for new and existing sales team members to maximize efficiency and adoption.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on CRM-related initiatives and sales process improvements.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.).
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four-year college or university preferred
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales coordination, or marketing support—preferably in the TICC industry or other technical B2B services.
- Demonstrated success in CRM management and sales process design.
