
Production Coordinator

- Coordinate completion and filing of COIs, location contracts, vendor agreements, and fire department permits.
- Identify, set up, and clean up cast dressing rooms and background holding space.
- Create and send personnel list to stage security.
- Assist with distribution of location-specific production emails.
- Weekly updating of Google spreadsheet to track shared expenses for budgeting.
- Order and track stage supplies (office supplies, water, etc.)
- Oboard and train locations PAs.
- Oversee catering load-in and load-out, managing kitchen/dining area setup.
- Coordinate distribution and tracking of crew credentials, building access badges, and parking passes.
- Assist with offsite location scouting and shooting. Act as liason between property manager and crew. Ensure the location is restored to original condition upon wrap.
- Provide general administrative assistance on production's dark weeks (miscellaneous receipts, invoices, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience coordinating TV or features.
- Willingness to work in person on production's dark weeks.
- Willingness to work overtime.
- Must be willing to work in New York, NY. Primary work locations are on Upper West Side and Rockefeller Center.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
- Team player with strong work ethic.
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

- This position is paid a weekly rate based on a typical work schedule of 60 hrs/wk. Hours over 37.5 hrs/wk will be paid at an overtime rate. In the event that you work more than the anticipated 60 hrs/wk, you will be paid additional overtime compensation as required by law.
