- Managing day-to-day operations of the retail showroom, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and staff supervision.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, offering expert advice, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Training, coaching, and motivating sales staff to achieve individual and team sales goals, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to uphold the highest level of quality and professionalism.
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the flooring or home improvement industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of flooring products and materials, as well as installation processes.
- Proficiency in inventory management and retail operations software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
