- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for the sales team, focusing on senior care and acute care facilities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, ensuring a seamless transition of MQLs to sales qualified leads (SQLs).
- Leverage data and analytics to drive marketing decisions, continually optimizing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content and marketing materials tailored to the needs and interests of our target B2B audience.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners to enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent understanding of the sales process and how to effectively support sales teams in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with sales teams and other internal stakeholders.
