As a Travel Maintenance Specialist for TQL, you will be responsible for all preventive and corrective maintenance for our 60+ offices nationwide. As part of the travel team, you will spend 80% of your time traveling nationwide to our satellite offices while supporting our local offices in any down periods, you will help spearhead all the office needs, including maintenance, set-up, tear-down and installations.What's in it for you:

What you'll be doing:
  • Traveling up to 80% of the time to manage the maintenance for multiple offices, including electrical, plumbing, workstations, office furniture, carpentry and painting
  • Help oversee vendors and contractors when needed
  • Identify and recommend office and facility repairs
  • Transporting equipment between offices
  • Assist the IT department in installation and tear down of IT systems
What you need:
  • 1+ years of general maintenance, electrical or carpentry experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Working knowledge of using hand and power tools
  • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completion
  • Excellent communication skills
