
Ultrasonographer

- Provides exams in Obstetrics and Gynecology ultrasounds.
- Verifies physician orders, documents completion of procedure in EMR, and ensures that patients are properly identified and prepared for procedures.
- Assists the physicians/APPs during sonographic examination and performance of procedures.
- Performs clerical tasks and maintains infection control policy for ultrasound equipment.
- Reports and documents patient information for quality assurance.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in alignment with Saratoga Hospital values
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support health, healing, and service excellence
- Perform clinical responsibilities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Use hospital systems and tools to document care and support operations

- Serve as a positive, professional representative of our hospital and community
- Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound. BLS certification as per requirements for Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. ARDMS registry in OB/GYN. Nuchal Translucency certification from NTQR or FMF is a plus. Will consider candidates without NT certification, will be required within six months of hire date.
