- Achieve personal sales goal through targeted outreach and product presentation to assigned accounts
- Support Retail Sales Lead on large key accounts.
- Act as point of contact for customers and outside sales reps for product information, inventory, and project solutions.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to grow mutually productive sales.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product and apply knowledge to create best solutions for our customers
- Utilize CRM to manage accounts, document communication and plan outreach.
- Develop account specific growth plans and execute accordingly.
- Handle inbound calls/leads and convert them into sales.
- Understand and utilize our tool kit to drive sales: samples, virtual presentations.
- Quote efficiently and accurately and follow up to closing.
- Attend trade shows and other events and present product and company in professional manner.
- Successfully multi-task to manage quotes, follow-up, ideation & prospecting activities.
- Uphold Storm Creek values and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Strive for continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in sales team functions, including weekly L10 meetings.
- Participate in industry networking and community engagement.
- Assist with other duties and projects as needed.
- Support retail lead on large sales accounts
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related area.
- Previous Retail B2B sales and account management experience with proven performance.
- Apparel experience a strong plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong time manager able to multi-task.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including excel.
- CRM savvy, or adept learner.
- Solid interpersonal skills enabling lasting customer relationships.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results driven team player.
- Problem solver able to think on your feet.
