The Project Engineer will play a key role in managing Commercial Tenant Improvement (TI) and Ground Up projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in construction and project coordination.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of Commercial TI and Ground Up construction projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Assist in procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
