Automation Personnel Services is looking for Certified Forklift Operators for a company based in Clearwater, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing manufacturer of pharmaceutical products.Pay Rate
$17.00 per hourSchedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from the containers by hand.
- Pick and pack, and stock merchandise.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and other storage areas, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Transport materials to designated locations within the facility, maintaining inventory accuracy and organization.
- Closely follow safety regulations and guidelines at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.
- Proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift.
- Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Must be fluent in English. Good verbal and written skills.
- Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
