OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at RPS. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) opportunity. The typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm.
How you'll make an impact
  • Provides customer service to variety of customers over the telephone.
  • Responsible for the servicing of existing clients-identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Receives and responds to customer service inquiries both written and verbal.
  • Follows-up on customer issues, researches problems and processes documents vital to ensure a successful resolution.
  • Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handles calls and correspondence that are predominantly routine but may require some deviation from standard procedures.
About YouRequired: High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills.Preferred: Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word. Bilingual Spanish speaker. Active P/C insurance license.Behaviors: Strong verbal skills. Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller.#LI-TW1#LI-Hybrid
