Hamilton Miller & Birthisel LLP - Attorney (First-Party Property)Hamilton Miller & Birthisel LLP, a premier defense trial law firm, seeks Attorney's with 5-7 years' experience to join our Firm in the First-Party Property practice group. Trial experience preferred; Florida Bar admission (in good standing) required.Responsibilities:
  • Manage cases from inception through trial.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Provide oral advocacy in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related documents.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in a defense law firm (trial experience preferred).
  • Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
  • Federal court experience a plus.
