- Collaborate with the Core and Enterprise architects to design, develop and deploy Continuous Delivery Pipelines and DevSecOps capabilities that contribute to and support the strategic technical direction of the enterprise
- Develop and ensure Enterprise adherence to industry standard security and compliance best practices
- Collaborating with customers to understand development tooling needs
- Research, design, and implement enabling solutions at enterprise scale to create efficiencies for all development teams
- Research, evaluate and recommend new software distribution and deployment systems and initiatives
- Work with Product Management to perform proof of concepts (MVPs), create and present proposals to leadership
- Collect, generate, and analyze innovative ideas and technologies to use across the enterprise
- Driving automation and autonomy initiatives
- Stay abreast of new technologies, concepts, approaches and security and compliance best practices
- Develop and deliver professional proposals and design documentation

- Senior Level Software or Build Engineer 3+ years of experience with proven experience as a technology-oriented leader
- Software development and engineering 10+ years of experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and execution capabilities
- Gitlab, GitHub or other modern version control systems, minimum of 5 years' experience
- Experience with automation tooling such as Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Puppet or Chef
- Experienced problem solver, strong collaborator, and able to provide clarity around complex topics to a diverse audience
- Experience as a Software Developer within a DevSecOps environment
- Experience with Nexus or other modern artifact management systems

- Experience with Lean, Agile, or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
