Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-4:45pmAdecco is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to support a dynamic finance team in West Chester, PA. This is a long-term contract opportunity with competitive pay and the chance to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage temporary expense reconciliation process and validate supplier invoicesPrepare monthly allocation and accrual journal entriesReconcile actual Kronos timesheets with invoices using ExcelReview, approve, or dispute temporary invoices based on timesheet dataPerform monthly reconciliation of the Temp Accrual accountManage the AP email inbox, including invoices, statements, and supplier correspondenceDownload and distribute Amex, Concur, and Capital One transaction detailsReconcile corporate card transactions and ensure accurate coding and allocationInvestigate and resolve discrepancies with vendor statementsAssist with month-end close, accruals, and financial reportingCollaborate with Procurement and Receiving to resolve invoice/payment issuesProvide documentation and support during auditsMonitor aging reports and manage payment schedulesIdentify and support process improvementsMaintain organized financial recordsPerform other related duties as neededRequired Skills and Experience:2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance roleStrong understanding of AP processes and accounting principlesProficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPsExperience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuiteExcellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and problem-solve effectivelyStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with the 3-way match process (PO, receipt, invoice)Knowledge of GAAP and internal controlsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experienceWork Environment:Standard office setting - onsite 5 days/weekIf you meet the qualifications and are interested in a challenging and rewarding opportunity, apply today through Adecco.Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
