- Lead the product strategy and vision for developing intuitive and powerful tooling experiences for wet lab science, enabling them to analyze data and make decisions efficiently.
- Conduct thorough market research and user feedback sessions to understand the needs and challenges faced by wet lab scientists, translating these insights into product features.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product interface is user-friendly, facilitating seamless data visualization and analysis.
- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize, develop, and launch product features that align with the company's goals and user needs.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's impact on enhancing scientific research and decision-making processes.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team creativity and problem-solving to address the complex needs of our users.
- Stay abreast of trends in data analysis, scientific research technologies, and competitive offerings to ensure our product remains at the forefront of the industry.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the B2B industry, with a focus on AI/ML products, scientific research, data analysis or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver successful products on time.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in various industries.
- Experience with analytics platforms & languages such as Snowflake, DataBricks, Data Robot, Sagemaker, Jupyter, R & Python
- Deep knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools, as well as experience managing data based products that deal with complex data, processing and analysis
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products, from ideation through implementation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience, with a demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Preferably a deep understanding of the scientific research process, particularly wet lab experiments, and a passion for enhancing scientific discovery through technology.
