Essential FunctionsDigital electronics design
- Perform tasks related to RTL design and coding, simulation, modeling, testbench verification, IP block integration etc.
- Assist with components selection based on given requirements.
- Read schematics.
- 4k Video, High Speed signals (6GHz/s)
- Test, debug, and bring-up of prototype circuit boards
- Assist in the development oftest protocols and fixtures.
- Documents results of testing and failure analysis
- Supports EMI/EMC and Safety testing
- Provides technical support to other groups as required to bring a product successfully through commercialization, helps maintain existing products and supports vendor technical requirements.
- Performs design control functions to ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and other regulatory bodies.
- Takes responsibility for Design History Files, writes product specifications, design and test documents as needed.

- BS in Electrical Engineering
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
- 8 years' experience in digital logic design such as FPGA, CPLD, and Gate logic design required
- 3-5 years' experience in Hardware Descriptive Languages such as Verilog required.
- 3-5 years' experience with CPLD and FPGA development and simulation tools such as Xilinx Vivado or Intel Quartus required
- 2-3 years' experience in high-speed digital design, and high-speed signal integrity analysis preferred.
- 2-3 years' experience in programming/scripting languages (e.g. C, C++, Python) preferred.
- Experience in image processing using FPGA preferred
- Knowledge of analog circuits, microcontroller hardware and software preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Good written and oral communication skills required.
