As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and refining manufacturing processes for Ring Laser Gyroscopes (RLGs) and MEMS-based inertial sensors and IMUs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production, drive yield improvements, and implement engineering best practices in a dynamic, high-tech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide test and manufacturing support for RLG and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP).Analyze yield and performance data to monitor process capability and drive improvements.Apply CAMP, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to standardize engineering practices.Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitating root cause analysis.Develop product and process improvements to reduce cost and cycle time.Support new product development and test equipment maintenance planning.Promote a self-driven workforce culture to meet SQDIC goals (RTY, BIQ, COPQ).Conduct product and software testing.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience in product or process engineering.Hands-on experience with product assembly and testing.Familiarity with optics, sensors, and electronic assemblies.Proven track record in product yield management and improvement.Experience with glass machining, polishing, mirrors, precision assembly, and electronics testing.Strong documentation skills, including process creation, change control, and tracking.Why Join Us
