  • Assist customers-both in-person and over the phone-in selecting the right parts and accessories for their vehicles.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely and accurate parts fulfillment.
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and vehicle requirements.
  • Maintain organized and accurate inventory levels, including stocking, tracking, and ordering.
  • Keep the parts department clean, efficient, and well-stocked for daily operations.
