- Screen inbound & outbound calls to generate service appointments via phone or internet
- Handle all incoming service calls
- Set service appointments
- Work with outbound call lists accordingly to set an appointment for service due, manufacturer campaigns, parts ordered, etc
- Handle all incoming service calls
- Set service appointments in appointment system
- Prioritize filling gaps in the current schedule and balancing proper work mix based on store capacity levels per skill level
- Provide outstanding customer service with problem solving skills & product knowledge
- Establishes and attains goals developed by management of providing the customer with excellent service and responsive follow up aimed at increasing sales results
- High school diploma/GED required
- Enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to be successful
- Engaging personality with strong communication and customer service skills that come across on the phone
- Proficient on multi line phone system & computer software such as Teams, VOIP phone systems, Zoom, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft outlook, and Google.
- Must be organized, detailed oriented, able to multitask, and have great listening skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a huge plus
- Must be submit to pre-employment screening to include criminal background check and drug screening
- High School Diploma/GED is required
