Our bussers work well in a fast-paced team environment and help create an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Bussers remove tableware between courses and clear and reset tables after guests leave.
Bussers take used silverware, dishes, and glassware to their appropriate stations for washing and restock appropriate areas.
Bussers respond to guest requests and communicate with the servers and hosts as needed to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
Required skills and qualifications to be a Busser with Mad Mex Cranberry:
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others
Exceptional customer service skills
Restaurant experience not required
Physical requirements for Busser with Mad Mex Cranberry:
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds.
While specific scheduling needs may vary, in general applicants are expected to have availability to work a mix of both weekdays and weekends as well as a mix of daytime and closing (night) shift availability.Mad Mex is more than burritos and guacamole (although we love both!).
