Events and venues are the heartbeat of our business—fast-paced, people-forward, and always a good time.The RoleWe’re hiring a hands-on Food Truck Operator & Event Logistics pro who can safely drive and tow, set up/tear down quickly, keep gear humming, and deliver an amazing guest experience. You’ll wear a few hats—driver, food truck operator, and infrastructure/maintenance helper—and you’ll be trusted to execute checklists with care, speed, and pride.What You’ll DoFood Truck OperationsPrep, stock, and operate the Cactus Corn truck at events (nights/weekends common)Serve guests with a smile; manage lines, payments, and qualityMaintain a clean, safe, photo-worthy setup from open to closeDelivery & LogisticsSafely drive box trucks or vans and tow small-to-mid trailers (non-CDL)Load/unload product and equipment (use proper lift and strap techniques)Follow route plans, GPS, and venue access instructions (gates, docks, load-in/out)Infrastructure & FacilitiesHelp with light maintenance and quick fixes (hoses, clamps, fittings, minor tools)Stage inventory, rotate stock (FIFO), and keep the warehouse tidy and organizedPerform end-of-shift cleaning, equipment checks, and basic preventative maintenanceEvent SupportFollow detailed event load-in sheets and venue rules (we’ll train you)Communicate status and issues clearly to the Venue ManagerJump in wherever needed—this is a true team sportYou’ll Thrive Here If You…Are great with your hands and love solving practical problems fastHave experience driving larger vehicles and towing trailers (no 18-wheelers)Stay calm when things get busy and make smart, safe decisions on the flyEnjoy physical work (loading, unloading, cleaning) and have attention to detailFollow directions and checklists to the letter—then look for ways to improve themBring a friendly, customer-service mindset and positive energy to every shiftMust-HavesValid driver’s license and clean driving record (we will verify)Comfortable driving box trucks/vans and towing a trailer (non-CDL)Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in AZ weatherEvening and weekend availability (events drive our schedule)Reliable transportation to our warehouse near the Phoenix Zoo (daily start point)Nice-to-HavesPrior food truck, concession, or kitchen experienceBasic mechanical, electrical, or handyman skills (you know your way around tools)Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and event operationsSchedule & GrowthStart part-time, earn more hours quickly based on performance and event volumeClear path to full-time for high performersTraining provided (driving/towing standards, venue procedures, food safety, checklists)Pay & Perks$17/hour starting payTips on applicable shiftsRevenue share eligibility within the first 90 days based on performance and roleWork at the biggest games, concerts, and events in Arizona
